This is the downstairs unit of a 2 unit building. The unit has it’s own separate and private entrance accessible by going down a set of covered stairs located outside the building.
The upstairs unit is separate from the downstairs unit and may or may not be occupied during your stay. We expect all occupants in both units to be mindful of each other to avoid any noise disturbances. If you have a noise complaint from the upstairs unit please inform me and I will address the problem.
